Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Neon Drop mobile application ("App") published by Nova Lumina Studio.
By downloading, accessing, or using Neon Drop, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must have legal capacity to accept these Terms. If you are under the age of majority, you must use the App with consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
2. License to use
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
3. User conduct
You agree not to:
- reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App;
- exploit bugs or use automation, bots, or cheats;
- interfere with App security or service integrity;
- use the App for unlawful or abusive purposes;
- violate any applicable law in Kenya or your jurisdiction.
4. Virtual rewards and tokens
The App may include in-game tokens, points, power-ups, and rewards. These are digital gameplay features only — they have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are not redeemable for money. We may modify balancing, earning rates, and usage rules to maintain fair gameplay and security.
5. Cloud save and leaderboards
When you sign in with Google Play Games (Android) or Game Center (iOS), your game progress may be synced to the cloud and your scores may appear on public leaderboards under your platform display name. You can manage your platform account settings through your device.
6. Ads and third-party services
The App may display advertisements and use third-party tools (analytics, crash reporting, ad delivery, cloud services). Use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
7. Intellectual property
All content in the App, including software, design, graphics, audio, text, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Updates and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features of the App at any time, with or without notice, including for maintenance, improvements, legal compliance, or security.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation at all times.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, engage in abuse, or compromise platform security. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately.
12. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes will be handled by competent courts in Kenya, subject to applicable consumer protection law.
13. Changes to terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
